Des changements ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 op\u00e9r\u00e9s, et beaucoup d\u2019autres sont \u00e0 venir. Dans ce contexte, il est essentiel que les salari\u00e9s puissent faire entendre leur voix. Cela passe par le dialogue professionnel, via les \u00e9changes entre salari\u00e9s et managers, mais aussi par le dialogue social, \u00e0 travers leurs repr\u00e9sentants du personnel et les organisations syndicales.<\/p>\n<p>FO rappelle que tout projet de transformation doit \u00eatre structur\u00e9, accompagn\u00e9 et co-construit. Trop souvent, nous voyons des changements impos\u00e9s sans cadre, sans m\u00e9thode, sans anticipation. Or, une transformation r\u00e9ussie repose sur une approche rigoureuse :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Identifier<\/strong> l\u2019existant et formuler des objectifs clairs<\/li>\n<li><strong>Concevoir<\/strong> plusieurs scenarii pour ne pas enfermer les d\u00e9cisions dans une seule option<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exp\u00e9rimenter<\/strong>, ajuster et tirer des enseignements de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9elle<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accompagner<\/strong> chaque salari\u00e9 dans les effets concrets de ces changements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi FO demande aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 la direction :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un \u00e9tat des lieux complet des structures historiques (AGEMETRA et AST Grand Lyon). Ce diagnostic doit porter sur les conditions d\u2019emploi et de travail, et int\u00e9grer pleinement MC2A, entit\u00e9 parfois mise de c\u00f4t\u00e9, mais qui regroupe pourtant le service informatique ainsi que tous les nouveaux embauch\u00e9s depuis janvier 2025.<\/li>\n<li>Des objectifs clairs et partag\u00e9s, qui serviront de boussole pour l\u2019ensemble des projets engag\u00e9s. Aujourd\u2019hui, force est de constater que certaines harmonisations sont lanc\u00e9es sans cadre, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant frustrations, tensions et incompr\u00e9hensions. Les diff\u00e9rences de pratiques ne peuvent \u00eatre balay\u00e9es sans m\u00e9thode. Cela cr\u00e9e une instabilit\u00e9 organisationnelle que nous d\u00e9non\u00e7ons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>La mise en place d\u2019Espaces de Discussion sur le Travail (EDDT\u00ae), pour permettre aux salari\u00e9s de s\u2019exprimer sur leurs conditions concr\u00e8tes de travail, d\u2019identifier collectivement les difficult\u00e9s et de proposer des solutions. Ces espaces sont un levier essentiel de pr\u00e9vention des risques et de r\u00e9gulation collective.<\/li>\n<li>Une communication claire et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de la direction, \u00e0 destination des repr\u00e9sentants du personnel et de tous les salari\u00e9s. Il ne peut y avoir de confiance sans transparence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>FO est pleinement conscient des inqui\u00e9tudes exprim\u00e9es sur le terrain, mais aussi des limites des managers et des chefs de projets, eux-m\u00eames sous pression. Nous n\u2019ignorons pas que piloter de tels chantiers peut \u00eatre complexe.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi, depuis plusieurs mois, nous insistons aupr\u00e8s de la direction sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de faire appel \u00e0 un accompagnement externe comp\u00e9tent, comme celui que propose l\u2019ANACT, reconnue pour son expertise dans l\u2019accompagnement des transformations du travail.<\/p>\n<p class=\"cbo-chapo\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #cf0a0a;\"><strong>Il est temps que la direction entende cette demande et agisse en cons\u00e9quence<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"cbo-contact contact--normal\">\t<div class=\"contact-inner cbo-container
