En 2025, le SNFOMTSIE porte des revendications fortes, refl\u00e9tant les attentes l\u00e9gitimes de tous les personnels. Ces propositions visent \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre les efforts des \u00e9quipes, garantir une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration juste et am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail pour tous.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transparence et donn\u00e9es sociales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avant toute chose, nous demandons \u00e0 la direction de communiquer l\u2019ensemble des donn\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires (r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations, anciennet\u00e9, taux d\u2019absent\u00e9isme, situation financi\u00e8re, etc.). Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont indispensables pour garantir des n\u00e9gociations bas\u00e9es sur des faits, et non sur des approximations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Revendications salariales<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Augmentation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de 3 % pour l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Participation : modification du calcul de la participation pour rendre le dispositif plus avantageux pour les salari\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Mutuelle : hausse de la prise en charge de l\u2019employeur \u00e0 80 % pour les employ\u00e9s et 70 % pour les cadres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Valorisation du m\u00e9tier de secr\u00e9taire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FO revendique une grille salariale \u00e9volutive permettant une progression r\u00e9elle :<br \/>\nSecr\u00e9taire de vacation \u2192 Secr\u00e9taire gestionnaire de portefeuille \u2192 AEP.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 d\u00e9faut, nous demandons :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une prime mensuelle de 100 \u20ac pour les gestionnaires de portefeuille<\/li>\n<li>Une prime mensuelle de 200 \u20ac pour les AEP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nous exigeons \u00e9galement :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une prime de soutien de 50 \u20ac\/mois pour les secr\u00e9taires palliant une absence prolong\u00e9e de leurs coll\u00e8gues (plus d\u2019un mois).<\/li>\n<li>Une prime de doublage de 10 \u20ac par vacation pour celles et ceux qui assurent une double vacation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Anciennet\u00e9 et \u00e9quit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calcul de la prime d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 sur le salaire r\u00e9el pour les non-cadres.<br \/>\nMise en place d\u2019une prime d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 pour les cadres, bas\u00e9e sur la RMAG.<br \/>\nMise en place d\u2019un vrai 13\u1d49 mois pour l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s PROMEOM (les accords sur le 13\u1d49 mois tombant de facto en mars prochain pour les cadres avec la fusion).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00c9galit\u00e9 dans les primes exceptionnelles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FO rappelle que si une prime exceptionnelle est attribu\u00e9e, elle doit \u00eatre du m\u00eame montant pour tous les salari\u00e9s, sans diff\u00e9renciation selon
