Nous partons donc de deux syst\u00e8mes de fonctionnement diff\u00e9rents. Cette n\u00e9gociation, bien que complexe, ouvre n\u00e9anmoins une opportunit\u00e9 de red\u00e9finir collectivement les r\u00e8gles du jeu, en mettant l\u2019humain et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre vie professionnelle \/ vie personnelle au c\u0153ur des discussions.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u200bNous savons que les attentes sont nombreuses pour l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s PROMEOM. Plut\u00f4t que d\u2019opposer les accords ant\u00e9rieurs, sign\u00e9s de part et d\u2019autre, nous faisons le pari du dialogue et de l\u2019intelligence collective afin de promouvoir un cadre de travail de qualit\u00e9 fond\u00e9 sur des r\u00e8gles justes, souples et r\u00e9ellement applicables \u00e0 tous.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un accord qui impacte notre quotidien<u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u200b<\/u>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><u>\u200b<\/u><\/strong>Un accord sur le temps de travail ne se limite pas \u00e0 fixer un nombre d\u2019heures hebdomadaires. C\u2019est surtout un texte qui encadre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u200bL\u2019organisation des horaires (plages fixes \/ variables) ;<\/li>\n<li>\u200bLes jours de repos (RTT, CP\u2026) ;<\/li>\n<li>\u200bLes modalit\u00e9s de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration ;<\/li>\n<li>\u200bLa possibilit\u00e9 de lisser le temps sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e (annualisation) ;<\/li>\n<li>\u200bLa cr\u00e9ation et l\u2019alimentation du Compte \u00c9pargne Temps (CET) ;<\/li>\n<li>\u200bLes r\u00e9gimes particuliers (temps partiel, forfait-jours, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u200b\u00a0\u200bChacun de ces points a des cons\u00e9quences r\u00e9elles sur nos semaines de travail, nos vacances, notre charge mentale. C\u2019est donc un texte structurant, qui m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de toutes et tous.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u00a0<strong><u>\u200b<\/u>Nos priorit\u00e9s syndicales pour un accord utile \u00e0 chacune et chacun\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u200b\u00a0<\/strong>Proposer plusieurs formules de temps de travail (ex. : 35h en 4 jours, 39h avec RTT, 35 heures avec RTT, temps partiel choisi&#8230;) avec une r\u00e8gle d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de transparence pour que chaque salari\u00e9 puisse choisir la formule qui correspond le mieux \u00e0 sa situation ;<\/li>\n<li><u><\/u>De la souplesse dans la prise des RTT avec un maximum de jours de RTT \u00e0 la main des salari\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li>Mettre en place un CET ouvert \u00e0 tous, permettant d\u2019y placer des cong\u00e9s non pris (CP et RTT), le 13eme mois, des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires\u2026 Ce CET pourrait \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour anticiper des cong\u00e9s longs, une fin de carri\u00e8re, faire face \u00e0 des impr\u00e9vus ou encore permettre un compl\u00e9ment de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration ;<\/li>\n<li>Mettre en place un \u201cComit\u00e9 de Suivi\u201d de l\u2019accord, avec des repr\u00e9sentants du personnel, pour veiller \u00e0 ce que les mesures soient appliqu\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re juste et sans discrimination.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p
