FO sera signataire car ce texte contient des mesures <strong>utiles<\/strong>, <strong>mesurables<\/strong>, et surtout <strong>protectrices<\/strong> dans la dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une des mesures port\u00e9e par FO\u00a0: fin de la perte d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 pendant le cong\u00e9 parental<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Soyons clairs\u00a0: <strong>prendre un cong\u00e9 parental ne doit plus p\u00e9naliser une carri\u00e8re<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est un point port\u00e9 par FO : <strong>le cong\u00e9 parental d\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 temps plein ne doit plus entra\u00eener de perte d\u2019anciennet\u00e9<\/strong>. Concr\u00e8tement, l\u2019accord acte la prise en compte du cong\u00e9 parental pour le calcul de l\u2019anciennet\u00e9\u00a0: on ne \u00ab\u00a0recule\u00a0\u00bb plus sur ses droits parce qu\u2019on a fait le choix de s\u2019occuper de son enfant. Une limite cependant, cette mesure n\u2019est valable que sur le premier cong\u00e9 parental pris.<\/p>\n<p>Autre mesure soutenu par FO, s\u00e9curiser la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration au retour d\u2019absence\u00a0: pas de \u201cd\u00e9crochage\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le retour d\u2019une absence familiale<\/strong> est un sujet qui nous parait central.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accord pr\u00e9voit que les salari\u00e9s de retour de cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9, d\u2019adoption, cong\u00e9 parental, proche aidant ou paternit\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient dans une logique de rattrapage\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>des <strong>augmentations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales\u00a0<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>et de la <strong>moyenne des augmentations individuelles<\/strong> intervenues pendant l\u2019absence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sur le cong\u00e9 paternit\u00e9 nous avons obtenu l\u2019extension d\u2019un dispositif de <strong>maintien de salaire net<\/strong> (sous d\u00e9duction IJSS\/pr\u00e9voyance) sous r\u00e9serve de transmission des d\u00e9comptes CPAM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Retour d\u2019absence\u00a0: accompagnement et formation, pas \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9brouille-toi\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accord organise un <strong>parcours de reprise<\/strong> pour les absences longues\u00a0: entretien de parcours, accueil manag\u00e9rial, et acc\u00e8s prioritaire \u00e0 la formation \/ tutorat si besoin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9quilibre de vie : des droits concrets au quotidien<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons aussi obtenu que l\u2019accord autorise des mesures pour r\u00e9pondre aux contraintes quotidiennes de \u00ab\u00a0terrain\u00a0\u00bb (rentr\u00e9e scolaire, enfant malade, grossesse, allaitement, etc.) qui visent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019articulation vie pro \/ vie perso, avec des modalit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques d\u2019application.<\/p>\n<p>Voici notamment des mesures qui nous ont parues utiles au quotidien\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rentr\u00e9e scolaire\u00a0:<\/strong> autorisations d\u2019absence r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9es (2hoo &lt; 12 ans ; 4hoo si enfant en situation de handicap, sans limite d\u2019\u00e2ge)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Parent d\u2019enfant &lt; 2 ans\u00a0:<\/strong> une demi-journ\u00e9e de repos r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e par mois (non reportable, sous conditions)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enfant malade\u00a0:<\/strong> au-del\u00e0 des 6 jours par an r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s pour un enfant malade &lt; 12 ans, des dispositifs mieux-disants au-del\u00e0 selon l\u2019\u00e2ge (absence autoris\u00e9e de 6 jours mais non r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e pour des enfants de 12 \u00e0 18 ans) \/ le handicap (des jours d\u2019absence autoris\u00e9s, dont 5 r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grossesse\u00a0: <\/strong>le rappel de la possibilit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une demi-journ\u00e9e de repos r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e par mois \u00e0 partir du 4\u1d49 mois + entretiens professionnels d\u00e9di\u00e9s\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Allaitement\u00a0:<\/strong> possibilit\u00e9 port\u00e9e jusqu\u2019aux 2 ans de l\u2019enfant (avec modalit\u00e9s d\u2019indemnisation diff\u00e9renci\u00e9es)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Violences domestiques\u00a0:<\/strong> informations d\u00e9di\u00e9es et autorisations d\u2019absence r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9es pour des d\u00e9marches m\u00e9dico-administratives sp\u00e9cifiques, via contact RH.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Suivi\u00a0: des indicateurs et mise en oeuvre d\u2019une commission de suivi annuelle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, l\u2019accord pr\u00e9voit un <strong>suivi r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par vos d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s syndicaux<\/strong>\u00a0: indicateurs (index \u00e9galit\u00e9, rattrapages, analyses\u2026), et par une <strong>commission de suivi<\/strong> d\u00e9di\u00e9e r\u00e9unie au moins une fois par an. <strong>Parce qu\u2019un accord n\u2019a de valeur que s\u2019il est appliqu\u00e9 et contr\u00f4l\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion\u00a0:<\/strong> FO signe cet accord en raison de l\u2019apport de garanties concr\u00e8tes et notamment une avanc\u00e9e forte port\u00e9e par FO, <strong>la r\u00e9duction de la perte d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 pendant le premier cong\u00e9 parental<\/strong> tout en mettant en place des m\u00e9canismes de suivi qui permettront de v\u00e9rifier, ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e, que les engagements sont tenus.<\/p>\n<p
